So after we finished our Jazzercise class this evening, Jami, Tonya and I headed back to Casa de McBe for some yummy dinner prepared by my wonderful husband. We had the "left over" gnocchi that he had made for Valentine's Day. While he still pan-fried it instead of boiling it, we did it with a homemade red sauce, instead of olive oil and spices.
There was garlic bread, there was wine, there was water - there was soooo much good food. Then, since he hadn't already out done himself - Ray brought out dessert! A magically recipe we found at Kiss the Cook on Sunday made of (really good) dark chocolate, mascarpone cheese, bread, homemade whipped cream and raspberries!
Um... we had all eaten enough to be rather stuffed BEFORE Ray presented dessert... but none of us refused! Ever so yummy!
