So every now and then Ray and I do a fun/special dinner. We break out a bottle of wine that we love (frequently a Boyden Valley variety) and buy 2-3 kinds of fancy cheeses from Price Chopper and add one or two kinds of Dakin Farm meats, our favorite mini-toasts from Trader Joes and some jams and fruit and we have our Wine and Cheese Dinner. Tonight was just such a night! Ray always puts everything together in a wonderful looking spread! The best part is we always have left overs!
